Here at Alchemilla Apothecary, we offer a range of herbal products made up of tried and tested heirloom recipes and exotic herbal formulations gathered from around the world. Many of the products in our shop are manufactured by hand in small batches. Some are sourced from specialist herbal suppliers. Every product we stock has been created by us here at Alchemilla, or by a fellow herbalist who’s working hard to keep our botanical traditions alive and well somewhere in the world. We endeavour to source wild-crafted or organic products whenever possible. By purchasing from Alchemilla, you’re directly supporting small batch herbalists to continue their work against a backdrop of increasingly mass manufactured health and wellness products.

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL PROMISE
As an herbalist and wild-crafter, the wellbeing of my customers and the planet is of utmost importance. We all know about the horrible impact the use of plastics is having on our environment and our health. With this in mind, I endeavour to package all my products in high quality re-useable, recyclable glass containers. I’m currently working on improving the way that my products are wrapped when sent out via the post.
Some of the artisan products listed in the shop are manufactured in premises where nuts are handled. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee that even products that do not contain nut oils are suitable for people with severe allergies. Products that do contain nut oils are clearly labelled, both on the product packaging and on the catalogue listing.
The confidence of my customers in herbal medicine is very important to me. If you’re at all unsure about the suitability of any of my products, or have a question about ingredients, please feel free to get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll do my very best to answer your query.
I endeavour to post all orders within 24 hours. Orders from overseas are sent via the Royal Mail Tracked and Signed Service and are usually delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Postage costs are made clear at the checkout before you place your order, and vary according to the weight of the product and your location. Tracking information will be sent via email once your parcel is on its way.
All orders come with a side order of free, friendly advice, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you’re unsure about how to use a product, or if it is going to be helpful for you.
