I have suffered from carpal tunnel syndrome followed by frozen shoulder, which is a massively painful condition and I have tried at least half a dozen creams/salves and balms to help with pain relief. When Sarah offered me this one the search finished as this is the only one that really reduces pain. Having tried making my own salve with some of these ingredients I was wary as all my sheets and tops ended up turmeric yellow, but that doesn’t happen with this one! It glides on really nicely and doesn’t leave oily (or yellow) stains on your clothes. It may look like a little pot but a little of this salve really does go a long way – I have used it twice daily and it lasted at least two months. I have also used the salve on a ‘dodgy’ knee and again this really did the trick.

    This smells fabulous!!
It’s also surging to my shoulder which has done a bit too much chaturanga recently..
    Also rubs on nicely
