Due to the bespoke, handmade nature of our products, we are unfortunately unable to accept returned goods. However, as happy customers are our priority, should your items be received in less than perfect condition, we will send out replacement goods on return of the damaged product. Please send an email to sarah@alchemilla.co with a photograph of your item and we will be in touch to organise the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and issue you a refund.
Please note that we can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
We will ask you to pay the return shipping costs which are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will inevitably vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The nature of the postal service is such that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
